The Wine: Before Chassagne was known for white wine, it was famous for Pinot Noir. This cuvée, named for Caroline herself, comes from stony, red-clay parcels (Les Masures, Les Chaumes, Pot Bois). It is silky, savory, and structured – a masterclass in "Red Chassagne" in a bottle!
